As the club pursue Gabriel Jesus, Arsenal supporters took to Twitter on Sunday night to draw attention to the latest social media activity from Gabriel Martinelli.

It comes with Mikel Arteta and co. reportedly identified the versatile Manchester City star as a prime target to bolster the club’s frontline ahead of the 2022/23 campaign.

Alexandre Lacazette and, potentially, Nicolas Pepe are in line for the Emirates’ summer departures, making additions on the right and down the middle an absolute necessity.

Jesus, able to line up in both positions, and with just one year remaining on his contract with Man City, would, in turn, make a lot of sense as a top addition to Arsenal’s ranks.

Some outlets in recent days have even gone so far as to suggest that the personal terms of a contract have already been agreed between the two parties.

And now, as mentioned above, the loyal Gunners have caught their eye again.

On this occasion, the developments are due to the actions of one of the current stars of the club, in the person of Gabriel Martinelli.

Taking to his official Instagram account, striker Martinelli shared a photo of himself controlling the ball during a training session with the Brazilian national team.

Pivoting the attention of Arsenal fans, however, is the presence of the aforementioned Jesus directly behind their back-and-forth wide-man.

Many, in turn, seem to be convinced that Martinelli’s message was intended as some sort of clue, ahead of a much-publicized arrival in the Emirates in the coming weeks:
